What would you do if you knew you only had a week to live? That was the question a friend and I discussed the other night. What would you do? Wouldn't it be wonderful if you didn't have to do anything differently than you do now?
That is what being led of the Spirit can produce in our lives. That is what believing God’s Word and walking in it can do for us.
If we are led of the Spirit, we are always in the center of God's will. We are always witnessing to the lost. We are always praying; always rejoicing; always praising the Lord. To be led of the Spirit is to be empowered to be Christ's able and effective ambassador to this world.
Knowing, believing and walking in God's Word means that we know our rights. We are totally aware of our authority in Christ, and we live our lives in that authority. We are free to set others free. That is walking out the plan of God.
"And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit." Galatians 5:24, 25 KJV
